Got it. All new seals. It only has 135k miles on it but by the looks of the truck, it wasn't taken care of and whomever worked on it before me had no idea what they were doing. For instance, instead of pulling the rubber boot back in place that goes around the master cylinder, they just filled the hole with spray foam...
Yeah I was lurking around on here and read up a lot on the slave cylinders I went with the oem one. Was only $50 more and didn't have the "only lasted 3 months" reviews. The dealer also got it much faster than any shipping service would be. Haha.
Thanks for the replies!! I'll probably do the shaft and seals when I park it to replace the 4x4 components.
