Aftermarket speakers on Mach stereo...

I just bought a 1998 Mountaineer with the Mach system. In my old Explorer, I had Infinity Kappa's which I took out when I sold it. Would I be able to use these speakers with the Mach stereo? I would still be using the factory Mach head unit.
