Air vents are stuck on windscreen

Hi,
No matter what i do, i cant stop air blowing on the windscreen, and i just cant make it blow out of any of the other vents.
Does anyone know what might be wrong? and how i can fix it?

I hope the right hand drive doesn't mess up my instructions-- However, I think the hvac is also shifted to the other side so this may work for you.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. I had the same thing happen to me this past summer when the vacuum cannister got trashed during a header install. It's not as bad as it sounds. The cannister is normally below the passenger side, under the airbox, If the cannister or lines leading into it are damaged, then all you get is defrost. In my case, the cannister needed replacing. Often it's just a broken line which can be patched easy enough.
