Almost figured out A/C issues, Need a little help

Ive narrowed down my AC issues. I need help figuring out what is left to check.
-Jump the compressor and everything works.
-No power at compressor, no power at low pressure switch (jumper does nothing)
-Fuse is good and has power (Fuse 25 under the hood)
-Relay was replaced (Are any of the pins supposed to be getting a ground) None of them are grounded it seems

Possible problems:
Bad switch in the climate control panel?
Bad ground at the solenoid relay? Which one is the ground?

I cant figure this out still. If I jump both the high pressure and low pressure at the same time, the horn starts going crazy lol.
