Any more problems to worry about before alignment?

Will do, I am mainly trying to get it so that it is comfortable enough for me to drive it to Firestone or Sears and will let them deal with the rest. As you can tell from the picture its still a good bit out of alignment, I did notice that earlier this morning it is looking a lot better.

Ah ok- if that's all you're doing, I wouldn't worry about it then. I'd probably call them and say that you have the stock non-adjustables on the truck now, and since they have to do the adjustments there, would they charge you to put the new bolts in when they have them loose to do the alignment... 1/2 will do it for free, as it saves them hassle and time. Might save you some wrenching...

I will definitely look into that as I don't want to have to pull those bolts anymore than once. I guess my main concern is that I don't want to get all the way down there and have them tell me another thing is messed up. That being said, I didn't know if there was anything else I should look into besides the cam adjusters.

Not if you have replaced pretty much everything else...

For Heavan's sake don't take it to Firestone or Sears for an alignnment (or any chain store for that matter). Take it to FORD or an independent shop that does alignments.

Great news, the tire looks much better. I guess I just had to drive around a little for it to look a good bit better. I will be getting an alignment this Friday or Saturday, pending when the shop is open. Thank you everybody for your help.
