Any short-throw shifters available?

I have a 96 Sport with a 5-speed and I was looking to upgrade it to a short-throw unit. Are there any available? I seen a five-speed shifter in Summit or Jegs but it says it only fits 2WD models. Any reason why it wouldn't work on a 4WD Explorer? Thanks for your help.

Let me know what you find out! I would be interested in a short throw kit myself. I have a 3" body lift on my '93 and the shifter now hits the center console.
