Anyone do an body swap

I post on the FB Sport Trac page and thought I would also cross post here.

I live in Rustville, Minnesota. I have a 2001 and a 2002 ST. Both have rust obviously. I can get a rust free body from down south with a bad motor for cheap.

Which would be easier?

Adding the 4x4 option to a 2wd or taking the body off the 2wd and putting on the 4x4's?

Has anyone done either? How difficult?

They are both big projects. I think you would gain more by using the rust free chassis as well as the body.
