So my wife took the ST to the store last night and when she got home she called me and said the ST would not go in to park. Went to look at it and it indeed would not go into park. So crawled under and was able to put it into park from under the ST.
That when she noticed a hex screw on the floor.
Turns out that on the gear selector has two plates the bolt together on the steering column. One screw came out, in turn not allowing it to engage park, but still had enough movement for all other gears.
Good news is it took about an hour to fix but i found it odd that the screw just rattled its way out.
Has anyone else ever seen this? or was i a one in a mill.
