B II V8 swap interference points

I'm putting a 5.0 out of a 98 Explored into a Bronco II. with the tranny in the stock location, will the engine fit with the stock oil pan??? I have read a lot of conflicting info on this. If the only interference is from the TTB pivot on the back of the crossmember, I'll remove it and go straight axle. If not, I'll probably use a first generation TTB with the Dana 35.

I understand that I wil have problems with the heater box too, but I would like to know if there are other areas where the basic engine will have clearance issues.
