Bad Exhaust/Propane Smell coming from vents...

I'm at my wits end on this... I had the Customer Satisfaction Program 17N03 done last year I believe and it seemed fine for a while (or maybe I didn't notice), but I'm getting a bad exhaust smell from the vents coming into the interior cabin - only happens with the AC is on and recirc is on.

Any ideas if this is still that program causing this issue? Could this be another issue? It stinks anytime I'm punching the gas a little harder for an extended period of time. The symptoms seem identical to the above listed program so I'm thinking they never fixed it right. And now I'm wondering if Ford would even cover the repair if the local dealer has to do it all over again.

Rumor has it the manifolds can get hairline cracks in them....One would think that would cause a tick or similar noise....
