I was at badlands for the rock xrra rock rash...but it was the same day as the club run and I didn't see a single second of it

spring 08 should give me a very achievable completion date. I'm in the middle of changing jobs (hopefully) and i'll be cramming in a lot of classes to get my associates by the end of next semester, so completing a truck will be a challenge, but it something i really want to get done. I want to start over winter break, but at this point I dont know how achievable that is. but I'M DIEING to go wheeling again. So count me in as long as i get started on this truck pretty soon.

I graduate ISU May 10th. So after that I'll be free. I'll definetly need to fab up a gas tank skid by then, I noticed I dented mine in a little last weekend at Cliffs.

I might even have a little more lift by then, we'll see how everything turns out.

Find an engineering job somewhere where I won't be tied to a desk the whole time, probably something with manufacturing engineering, or prototyping/testing. Might start my own business someday, who knows what the future holds...

Cool, thats the same type thing I am doing. I am hoping to get my own production company of some type going someday.

I'll jump in on this thread. I have no idea where i'll be at work at that point. I'd suggest June before it gets too hot. The campsite outside the park offers little shade, and I've wheeled there when it was 90+ and it wasn't that fun. Wheeling can be done mostly under the cover of trees unless in the quarry or dunes. Even as a stocker, I'd suggest sliders. Some parts of the green trail aren't so green anymore. When you start the green trail from the lower lot, there's quite a few spots that can get harry back there.

IZ- I'm almost certain that was part of the quarry and most likely back on purgatory which can get pretty fun.

JMan- Not sure that Dre will be around... I heard a move for him may be in order.

Work permitting, I'm interested. I work rotating weekends so i need a good heads up to get it off should i need to take time off. I should have myself full hydro by that point and maybe even some new tires with tread.

Was it possible that we made it to this point on the last ef run??? One of those pic looks like the area where i lost my powersteering cap and lost most fluid trying to get up that ledge...HUMM

Burns--is this the ledge? It's gotten pretty gnarly since the EF run.

I went up the left side in the bronco this past chub fest and got hung up on 1 rock otherwise woulda made it. Winched out. I was only wheelin saturday at EF due to carnage, so i don't remember you breaking like that.

I still say we start looking at a tenative June date. I like it cooler. Heck, even late april!

Also, I'd be staying at the Badlands camp site, and probly get a powered/h2o site because power and water is nice
