...As IZwack said...It will be on the battery tray pan and fits into the lower indent of the battery to hold it down...It is held in place with 1- 5/16 screw that you can see from the top...

Be very careful not to break the bolt. If it's very corroded, it may not want to release and will snap. Removing the stump is a nightmare. Took me over 4 hours the last time I had to replace a battery, just because of this. Otherwise, it's a 20-minute job...
