Those are the chrome plated bulbs. I just has the parking lamps on during that pic. I ALWAYS ride with my "creeps" on. :D

You said it is lowered in the front, how much and how did you get there(lowering springs or shocks ect.)? Looks awesome

hey what size tires are you running on your ex.? i have 17" cobra wheels and a 275/60/17 tire. i was wondering if i could lower the front an inch.

ATLE - didn't you already start a "look at me" thread about your lowering of the front?

2nd gens don't have springs to lower with. Shocks will not lower it either. He did a torsion twist (TT) - where you partially or fully remove the torsion adjuster bolts lowering the vehicle up to 2-3" - this is a "free" mod but will require an alignment and likely a camber kit to get a true alignment.

Yeah, I did the TT. Just had my camber kit and alignment done today. I rode about 500 miles with bad camber/alignment, which really isnt anything. I am running 275/45/20 tires on my wheels.

And Buffalo, start even get on me, you truck is wack. Who in the hell pays to make their Explorer a hardtop. C'mon now.

"start even get on me, you truck is wack" ?????

First of all - TRY ENGLISH...i understand you're flustered and upset that i pointed out that you've got an identical thread HERE, but "C'mon now..."

Second, it was a simple question regarding a statement of fact. Don't start another thread just because you took different pics. Moderators would prefer that you add on to your ORIGINAL lowering thread - or even your "Before & After" thread, where it would have fit perfectly.

Third, consider spending your next few bucks and become ELITE. That way you can justify utilizing the extra memory that a second thread takes up. Also, you can build up an "Elite Registry" with tons of pics - and it's all about you!

And Finally - your original thread wasn't a "look at me" thread until you decided to start up a second one with the same info. I wasn't "bashing" you or your vehicle, so to go "grammar school" on my X, well..."c'mon." Thanks for your input, though - I can guarantee you that i really care ;)

(FYI - I even contributed to your original thread and complimented you.)

You are still riding around in a high top Ex...LOL.

Showing off your vehicle will generate replies from other members. Most will be positive, but be aware that we all have individual opinions and some may not like the way yours looks. If you post your Before and After here, be willing to accept that some feedback may not be as positive as others. Respect those whose opinions differ from yours. Conversely, if you reply to a Before and After with negative input, you are expected to express that in a respectful manner (“Your vehicle looks good, but I prefer the look without billet grills, I think they look odd”) or ("have you thought of taking those flares off?") and not in a disrespectful or insulting manner (“I think your Explorer looks like ****”). I will not allow any insulting or flaming remarks on this forum and that type of post will be deleted.
I'm not the Moderator of this forum, but as per the Forum Rules, please keep on topic.

I am the moderator, and this thread just managed to get closed. ATLexplosion, BuffaloXplorer merely pointed out that you already started a thread.... and BuffaloXplorer, you managed to live up to the moniker under your name - but I'd change that motto if I were you, lest the next time you do stop a thread I might consider that as being antagonistic and purposeful on your part.
