bent leaf spring and squeeky front... any cheap ideas (college student)

Like said before, as easy as swaping springs from a junk Ex for less than a re-arc. I didn't know they could fix the S curve either.

once you wrap a sping to an S- shape you can not have it re-arched. All re-arching does it push the spring eye's toward each other then heat the spring till it will stay in the arch. Then with the spring still arched they cool it back off and give it back to you. The problem with this is metal has a memory and will return to the saem shape withing a year or so.
