Best shocks for smooth ride?

My 94 rides really rough on the street. Really want to replace the shocks al the way around. What do you guys recomend for a real smooth ride? I've herd Rancho's are great.

Any other suggestions welcome.

Monroe sensatracs are really good too! I have had a good experience with them so far.

rancho shocks changed the whole way I think about my X now...in a good way. I first had the 5000's then the 9000's and I will keep on buying them for all of my trucks.

Rancho's new 9000x series lets you adjust them 9 ways. If you can't find a comfortable setting with that, then you have problems.

I just bought some and the cheapest place I have found them is Summit Racing. I got them for under $70 a piece.
