Better than stock A/C?

I am getting ready to modify my ’94 Explorer. The only complaint that I have with my Explorer is that the A/C does not cool the back seat at all. Has anyone addressed this issue? What options are out there? Thanks for your help.

On the "floor" setting, the air duct in the back is supposed to work.....I never feel anything from mine however....

An extreme option would be to get a console from the new gens with the auxilary fan and rear controls. You would have to do a lot of fabrication but it would do the trick.
