bigger springs for 2" lift

I was told that you can take some bigger front coil springs off of another truck and put them on your explorer to add the 2" or so of lift instead of adding spacers. is this true if so what kind of truck would I be looking for to get them off of? thanks

You could try the coils from a 1/2 ton 4wd, but along with the lift you will destroy any ride quality you currently have.
