Blower is not working.

Blower not coming on in any setting (a/c, defrost, etc.).
Where is the blower located?
Can I get at it easily?

what explorer are we looking at 2000 or newer it makes a difference

Actually a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer V8 AWD.
