Well... I broke my Explorer (96 V8). I was changing my plugs the other day and got to the last one on the passenger side and * SNAP *!!! Broke it off from below the hex portion on up. The ceramics then slid right out so I basically have a hole into the engine. I have been spraying it with liquid wrench for days and occasionally trying to ease (emphasis on ease) it out with an Easy-Out but i don't want to break the ez out off in there too. Anyone else done this before or have any ideas on how to get the thing out? The dealer wants $600 for an R&R on the cylinder head so I may just end up doing it myself. Guess I should have changed the plugs at 60K instead of 120K.
