Can Herculiner be painted? I know you can buy red, gray, white, or black, but can it, and if so, using what kind of paint?

I don't have any yet, but I was thinking about it and if it was paintable, it would increase my chances of wanting to use it because once its on, it's on and I would want to try to blend it in if I could. If I'm not mistaken, some of the ZAPV vehicles were panted with their symbol.

i think their is atleast a half dozen brands of coating that you buy in gallon cans an ya tint before you apply , do a search for tintable bed coating i did awhile back an are under 150 bucks

I think anything in the world can be painted so long as it not water or somthing lol

I have read really good reviews about the U-pol Raptor Liner and it can be tinted to whatever color you like. It is apparently a soild product. Check into that because it's going to have a lot longer life span than a painted box liner.

The reason why I was thinking about herculining my truck, or atleast the lower half of if was because in July and August, I was thinking about lifting it and taking it offroad. But after giving it a wash one day, just looking at it sitting there all nice and clean, I couldn't do it. I couldn't bring myself to take it offroad and recieve scratches and other damage from offroading.

So, I decided that I would either leave it somewhat stock with small modifications or I would lower it, increase the performance and make it more fuel efficient like Al Franklin's '99. Currently, I'm leaning towards the second idea. It's going to need new shocks soon, probably going to end up being done next summer, so I figured I might lower it in the process.
