I could use the help of some one who can help me make a drawn picture with the dimensions of a off road bumper that bolts directly on to a 94 explorer XLT stock front bumper bolts and if they could a part list pm me if you can help me out

um try card board first to mock up then make one out of metal.

Yep, thats how a lot of fab guys do it. You watch American Chopper they use card board when they build there own gas tanks.

I didnt want to say it, but man!!!!

It all depends on what you want. Id draw an idea of what you'd want on paper, and then maybe ask for ideas on how to start. Its hard for us to tell you what to do if we have no idea on what direction or look you are going for. Cardboard is awesome for making templates and mock-ups.

yup, make a cardboard mold and pour the metal into it and let it cool.

I have a 1st gen brushgaurd for sale if you want it.

hit a tree or two and leave it ...it will give the effect that you are a serious wheeler and it will keep the BMWs from cuttin you off ....worked for me for bout a year.
