Yeah, barley. You need the stock spare rim also.
Mine fits but I had to slightly bend a few things for it to sit right. When I need it(as I found out) it sticks & I needed to hit it to come down with the cable reel. Hasn't come off. I drove 3K+ miles & it was fine. Off road is fine as well.
I will suggest you replace the cable reel if your going to do this. The last thing you want is to not be able to get the spare out because of a frozen cable reel, or have the cable snap because of age & the added weight of the 31.
The hitch will block it. You would have to cut out the sections of the hitch to make it fit.
Thanks. I don't have a problem bending a couple things to make it fit but I am going to keep the cable reel. I was looking at it today and it looks like new. I don't think there will be a problem with the added weight either. My truck is in pretty good shape with very little rust.
