Yeah Spasy... im fully moved in now.... glad that all that moving is over. Do we have to register in advance to be in the car show, or can we pay at the gate... I maxed out all my plastic.... lol... if I can just pay at the gate that would work out good...

Im gonna bring a $hitload of decals hopefully.... I just gotta make em.... if anyone has any good ideas for eXtremeXplorer.com decals let me know.... Im gonna make a few different designs, different fonts, colors, and sizes.... I cant please everyone but I try... lol

Yeah, there's got to be a few more than this going right? OH well, we'll just have to be really loud to get attention. Got my painted trim on yesterday, all I need to do to it now is wet sand it and polish it. That and I need to repaint my new bumper. I bought an "Oxford White code YZ" bumper from bumpers.com, but when it showed up it was a pearl white instead, so they made a mistake and it turns out they don't carry Oxford White (so distinguisted sounding, right?) So they refunded part of my money so that I could get it painted. But everything seems to be on track for the 31st though.

Spas, that drawing rocks, do you trace 'em in illustrator or something?

been there once... after you get off the turnpike... the long azz road that you take to turn left onto the mainstrip of parking lots, there are many places there that you could just pull in a wait to meet the rest of the group.

Speaking of, has anybody gotten a comfirmation back from Carlisle on their registration yet? The form says that you'll get an email back after you give up the dough...I have yet to get one...

I've only been there once too, so I don't really know the drections all that well, but I'll try and find some and post them up for everybody to use. I'm also still trying to recruit others off this site to come and join-so far everybody's either got to work or travel that weekend..D'oh!

DasFrem-thanks for the compliment I just draw them and mess with them in photoshop. I made up a mod list that I'm going to print out and put under glass for the show with a drawing of my X on it...You want me to make one for you too? Send me your email and list if yes!

I really have no idea of the layout of Carlisle....I was much too dazzled by the parade of Mustangs in front of me as we were leaving to pay attention to my surroundings last time I'm open to suggestions on finding a good map of the town itself...

I didn't get a confirmation number either, and I didn't write it down since they said they'd email it to me. Then I thought I gave them the wrong email address and didn't want to say anything on here 'cause I'd look stupid.

Spas, what kind of wheels' did you pick up? I like the idea of the "mod list" but I'll do it myself because there'll be stuff I forget and'll have to change it like 500 times.

Talked to Chucky D today and he says he really wants to go, but isn't sure if he can be free that weekend, I'll keep up the pressure on him.

As for a meeting place, the two places I know in Carlisle are the Holiday Inn parking lot or the Waffle House parking lot (I'll be at the WH that morning for breakfast anyway...mmmmm Waaafle Hooouse...)

Still trying to find tires that I like for it...so far it's Pirelli Scorpion Zeroes in 285/60/R17 , but I'm checking out the Wrangler F1's, too. (okay, now you zip it too, Lizard-I don't want to hear it!) AAT! Ziiiip! Zippy zippy!

I'll call Carlisle again tomorrow and ask about our missing registration confirmations. BTW-I'm up for breakfast at Waffle house! I'll be try to be up there about 9 am, if I can drag my carcass out of bed by 7:30 to hit the road

I got my confirmation in the mail last week. All ready to go . I should have my tupperware off and the herculiner on by then. Hopefully I will have my nice diamondplate skid plates done if the machine shop ever gets around to cutting the plate

Okay, I called Carlisle's office today...Jeff must be a kiss up or something to have gotten his email so early, because I was told that they were busy with the import show this weekend and wouldn't start digging into the Ford registrations until Monday. If you don't have a reply by next Friday (the 24th), WORRY!
