CAT BACK EXHAUST......

i am thinking about getting a catback exhaust from gibson......what is the difference between stainless and aluminum?......does stainless wear better an not rust?....why the 100/dollar difference?

I would skip the "so called" name exhausts and have your local muffler sjop d a custom cat back.

A stainless steel cat-back will not rust. The aluminum will over time. The stainless is the best choice for long life but its not like the aluminum will fall apart in a couple of years. And like aldive said, if you dont want to spend that much have your local muffler shop install a cat-back for you.
