Centering Steering Wheel??

After I had my vehicle aligned, I received it back with the wheel approximately 1/8 - 1/16 off center to the left.

I know all about taking it back but these guys sucked and I got burnt.

What do I need to do to fix this? Details would be helpful i.e. turn outer tie rods to the left a few turns, to the right a few turns etc...

Wait until you get the new shaft in.
It may corredt this, or make it worse--
