Aba Cadabra Your Explorer engine now displaces 240 cubic inches; since that is what the 4.0 SOHC V6 displaces in stock form. Who told you that your 4.0 engine only displaces 165 cubic inches?

thanks for the pic gman!
Excellent. Nothing like a good laugh.

Look... sorry about my english... Ok...
Thank's

You have to admit, the picture is pretty funny, given the lack of info provided. It wasn't meant to offend.

Now, its not quite that easy to get more power out of these things.
If your looking the computer route, I'd say re-program your computer. Factory targets are pretty conservative, so power is left on the table.

An Xcal SCT-x3 will be the hardware you need for re-programming. Then you need someone familiar with your motor to send you a per-designed software 'tune' to upload to your computer.
I have done some work to my motor, and hensonperformance sent me a tune. I am experiencing more power and better gas mileage.

Do a search around here on SCT and you will get more info.

Yes James at Henson Performance will be able to take care of you whether you need just computer tuning for your Explorer or actual hardware performance modifications such as headers, exhaust, cold air intake, underdrive pulley, or so on. www.hensonperformance.com

I need to do this car more economic,

and do you guys have a store that I can buy things for the car?
I need urgent Hood Lift Supports, lift from the back for the glass, and from the ''back door",

A Alarm system? whats the best?

Thanks for the help

Rockauto.com for the lift supports.
