Changing bumper from 95 to a 1999-2001

It can be done, but you have to get the brackets for the 98+ bumper as the old brakets won't work on the new style bumper.
The one thing that is a problem for that type of bumper is mounting tow hooks. The opening of the air dam is 3" smaller than where the frame is, thus you can't just mount tow hooks and expect them to stick out. YOu'll have to cut a slot for them.
