changing the tensioners

how tuff of a job is it to change the timing chain tensioner in the back of the motor ? i had the front replaced by ford 543 dollars now i think the back is going bad i'm thinking about trying to fix it my self any info would be a lot of help thanks

to do the back the engine has to be pulled mine is going in to have them done next week. luckially it is covered by warrantee
