2010 Explorer, 172k. Should I do the tensioners?

There was another thread that pointed to YouTube videos pulling the Ranger engine 4.0L saying explorer is the same

Is it really possible to change front and rear timing chains without a full engine pull?

Any one have a videos of the process?
the HYDRAULIC tensioners can be changed in the cehicle. the front nylon tensioners/guides can be done in the vehicle, 2000streetrod iirc has a good writeup. tye rears cant be changed in the vehicle, bht i feel like i rrad somewhere someone changed em by feel? but not sure i reccomend that, may as well pull motor like fordtechmakuloco for the rears.
