Hi everyone , I haven't had a post on here for a long ,and I would like to mention before I ask for hints towards a new topic to thank everyone for answers to my questions in the past , all the things that I asked were answered . All things were repaired by me , except for one thing saving me lots of money.

My explorer is a 2003 -4l and I have a fairly loud single click that I hear shortly after starting and also after shutting off. The sound is coming from under the engine area. To explain how the click sounds is what I think is a expansion and contraction of some thing to do with the exhaust system. Has anyone ever experienced this before ,and if so ,is it something to be concerned about ?
