Clutch problems

When it's warmed up, and it starts acting up, if I fully push the clutch to the floor and slip my foot off causing the clutch pedal to pop back up, the clutch then will fully disengage. The slipping your foot off of the pedal is a part of the bleeding procedure from ford that I found somewhere in a search. Can't remember where
