coil pack?

i am interested in buying the screamin deamon coil packs for my 98 sohc 4L. since i have plugs and wires though, isnt it consider a distributor? isnt there a difference?

No it is NOT a distributor. Coil packs are electronically controlled. Distributors are gear driven.

yes there is a difference a distributor has a cap and rotor the wires plug into it looks round coil pack would be more square.
