If I knew where the hell it was, I might be able to come down. But since no one can tell me if it is north, south, east, or west; I will probably just end up looking at the pics of it like usual.

Go to www.Mapquest.com and type in Aspen, CO and you will see where it is - SW quadrant of the state. For Blanca it is near Walsenburg, CO - Middle south of the state.

Some locals just got back from Pearl and Taylor pass and it was still snowed in towards the top. Here are some of their pictures: 1 2

There is up to level 7/8 trails around Estes Park. Doing Brunce school ,Middle st. Vrain and Coney creek. for the stockers and Jenny Creek, Carnage canyon, and even heartattack hill for the modded ones.
Plus there is a nice campground right at the end of Brunce school begining of Middle St.Vrain. Or numerous hotels /Motels /B&Bs /campgrounds in and around Estes. Plus shopping for the ladies, good food, Etc.

i wish i could go cause we have a house in Estes, since 1941, but F*#&IN school, and yes everything he says about Estes park is ture, and if yall ever go there go to the Big Horn for breakfast so good,

i really do hate you guys for living out there casue i know just how much fun it is the only bad part is its a long two day drive away for dixie

I'll be near florrisant from august 13 to august 20-23(havnt set the return date in stone yet.)

if it falls during that time I would prolly be down... still stock tho so would have to stick to the easy stuff, or ride along. Since I'll be on vacation I'd be down for a weekend or a couple weekdays. Might be able to get my Dad and lil Bro to tag along.

Gonna subscribe so I can keep an eye on this.
