Colorado Summer Run 2005 July 22-24

TwoTone: Dude, glad to see that you may come up for it; I met you on an AZ run and have followed some of the changes your truck has undergone since then... yours has changed dramatically and mine hardly at all... we should have some fun up here in July.

When we, or whoever, picks a spot, please edit the firsst ost so it's easy to find for us people who are too lazy to search through nine page, uh, people who have limited access to the internett(ie, people deployed overseas in the Navy), (ie, me)

Thanks
I'm trying to collect all the data and will keep it summarized on my website, then you can just save the link.

Please use the link at the bottom to create a login/pass and update your information. For group details likes times/dates/locations I will update them as we get to them.
Questions? Just PM or e-mail me tenikiwon@explorerforum.com

I just went to your site an tried to register. Once you enter your name and password the screne goes blank!

Sorry 'bout that.

Now it will redirect you to the main page after you register. If you are registered your name will appear on the list. Then you can log in (same link) and edit your information.

Thanks for working out the sign up... it works good now and I am definately on for the 22nd and possibly on the 16th (it is a ways west of here :(

Looking forward to it! :)

Just remember, after you create your username/pass you need to log in and update it, else it just shows your name and nothing as far as if you're going or not.

If we need to add more fields we can easily do that.

How many days of group trail riding will there be? Driving out from Georgia, I plan to stay for 4 to 6 days, and am wondering if anyone else will be riding any other days?

My brother-in-law and I might stick around to ride our motorcycles on Monday (or we may return to his house in Evergreen and ride near there). I'm planning to be in the area from July 21 thru July 27 (approx.). It depends on if I break anything.

I tried but for some reason it won't let me. I even tried to register again and it will list my name, but it won't go any further and allow me to edit my info.

I will be there for the main run, arriving Fri and leaving Sun., and I will be camping.

I'll be there fri (early) thru Sunday (late) I will be camping as well, with at least a few buddies so maybe some of us can meet up early on Fri and set up camp near each other...

I'm looking forward to seeing/meeting with some of ya and learning more and some explorer mods as well as gaining some experience wheelin.

;)

I signed up.........ready & waitin'

techie,
If a stock '04 Mounty can do Ptarmigan Pass, Mosquito Pass and Hagerman Pass, you should have plenty of trails to keep you happy.

Dave.

Yeah I know I am excited!! Looks like the sliders will definately not happen for me though... I got my Pro Comps Sat., went to get her aligned and Now I have a really awesome  steering wallow to the drivers side and a nice ** click-sometimes-thump ** on my drivers side right under my left foot. Crazy thing is I heard a small low tick sound when going over small bumps of cracks in the road but no wallow when I had the BFG's on... I guess she gave up the ghost when I got new tires :D The tech Guy at Brakes Plus didnt' want to align it and said my DL upper Control arm is loose... :fire: And needs replacement to fix my issues. So all I have been doing is researching if it's something I can do (doubt it, I'm not mechanically inclined) :( SO I am going to run it buy Ford and see if they can give me some inside intel and knowledge to help me trouble shoot what the noise(s) are. Hopefully I can get a free estimate outta the Dealer... does anyone know if they do that sort of thing?? If not, huh... I'll research more and more (as I have been since Sat night) :fire:

Oh well... I guess it looks like maybe I'll be investing in MOOG sometime real soon. Sure would've loved to put $$ into something useful, or at least I wish I would've enjoyed breaking something!! Any opinions are openly appreciated.
