Could be a problem with the fuel pump relay, or even the PCM relay.Try swapping it with another relay in the power distribution box. Hopefully, the problem will move to another circuit, which will tell you the relay is bad.

Sometimes a intermittent connection will also cause this. You can very slightly twist the relay prongs to make the tighter fit in the connection slots.

Pay close attention next time this occurs. When the key is first switched to on, does the check engine light illuminate?

could be a bad fuel pump relay (located in power distribution box) or dirty/corroded electrical connects for the relay would cause this sort of problem. pull the f/p relay, check the condition of the plug where it plugs in and/or try swapping the f/p with another relay that's not so important right now (like the A/C relay). take a deep breath don't give up so easily. sounds like a minor (though annoying) problem.

check engine light was already on before it stalled now after it started again engine light is off?

turn key to on engine light comes on turn engine on all light go off

if the check engine light was on when the engine was running and now is off with the engine running, the DTC is still stored in the PCM. get your codes scanned and see what it says.

I scaned it no codes stored is this normal?

after a week of driving with no codes today the check engine light came on so I scanned it and it threw codes p0174 and po171 what does this mean?

It means a lean condition in both banks. Either too much air ( intake manifold gaskets) or not enough fuel ( fuel pump)

I suspect you need a new fuel pump. If this doesn't fix, new upper and lower intake gaskets should be the cure.

Edit. I see you replaced the pump. did you check the fuel pump circuit components and wiring as suggested earlier?

I have asked a guy at work (sarcasm attempt) if he doesn't have Google installed on his computer.
He replied seriously that "those IT guys won't install nothing good on my computer".

Bad fuel pressure regulator will also cause low fuel pressure being it will allow full return flow when it's not supposed to.
