thats totaly it right there..
also to small of a box will make it sound horrible
u dont have to over think this...unless u are building a comp box its not really that hard to make something that sounds good enough to blow ur skirt up
its not rocket science..although that is easier =)
any sub u buy will most likely have a min recomended and max recomended..if u are having a huge problem figureing things out just build the min recomended it will sound just fine
just remember DONT OVER THINK...over planning is ok so u dont waste any materials though =)
