Creaking noise!!!

so everytime that i got over a bump or speedbump type thing, my front end creaks really bad... also when someone gets in the passager side it does it too, i've already replace the radius arm bushings and the ball joints are fine, what can it be????? its driving me nuts!!!! i cant stand noisessssss.

Probably the control arm bushings .
Look under the front quarter panels , behind the dirt shield , opposite end of a-frame from ball joint.
Put your hand on either side and have someone bounce the truck , whichever one it is , you will feel the creak .

Also check the sway bar mount bushings as well. also the tie rods can do it too, although the usually only do it when turning but they can still do it when the truck is bounced.

check the spots i have circled as well as the corresponding spot that are not due to location.
