CROSS COMPATIBLE ? rear bumper

Will a rear bumper from a 99 4-door bolt on / work on a 2002 Explorer SPORT ?
At a glance they look the same / very similar ...is it a perfect fit OR .....

Ditto, they are the same besides any odd trim parts. The hatch for example most Sports have a huge wide trim that has tons of holes behind it(you have to be ready for those holes if you swap those).
