Ok so this is a pic of the passenger side front axle. I'm not to Knowledgeable about CV parts but I'm assuming this is the CV Half Shaft.

Now the car does make a nasty grinding/groaning sound when the 4wd is engaged under a hard turn.( Wheel Cranked) It makes this sound whether its on pavement, dirt, gravel, even snow and ice. Also it pulls to the right when engaged or in auto and under hard acceleration. As If the driver side wheel is the only one getting power. I just noticed the passenger side axle today and Im praying I have found the culprit to the nasty noise and the pulling problem.

My question is can this wait ~4weeks to replaced or will it do serious damage if I don't replace it soon?

I don't see anything wrong?
Is that boot torn open?
You'd see grease slung all over if it was torn open.
