- 2015 Explorer Limited
I am new here. I bought my wife a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited about 3 months ago. Already I have had the water pump replaced. I replaced the belt tensioner and serpentine belt. I am soon to replace the engine mount to end a vibration that the Explorer produces. I will also replace the tire pressure sensor to get rid of the low tire pressure symbol that appears. The experience has been disheartening but I am optimistic.
The real question: Now, the ABS light and the Advancetrac light comes on. While these lights appear, the instrument cluster will shut off like the vehicle has been shut off. The air from the AC vents will become warm. Then, the instrument cluster will turn back on showing that the emergency break is on with the occasional check engine light appearing. Has someone experienced the exact situation I have brought up?
From my research, I assume a speed sensor, an ABS sensor, or the PCM has failed. The PCM seems like the most likely scenario since the AC and instrument cluster are affected throughout the issuance.
Any advice will help and I will provide pictures or video if necessary.
