Well if i didn't think all mini van drives should be shot be for this. I am sold now! I am OK, feel like dog doo but was home in under 24hrs. Thank god for full frames, air bags, and seat belts. The van rolled over twice. Making a left turn in front of 2 tons of 60mph steal was not the best thing they could have done. We all lived to see another day

Wow!! Whats the story? You're lucky to walk out of that one!!

Did not walk away, had to be cut out. Rushed to a trauma unit. But it turned out to be a bunch of blood from a small cut in the head ( dam day night rear view) that and I was out like a light for a minute or so
As for the story, I guess he never saw me and just made a left hand turn in front of me. I had at best 75 ft to try and avoid him.

Wow...glad you made it away from that one.

It always amazes me how well explorers really are about keeping occupants safe. Of all the wrecks posted on this site, I haven't seen many that resulted in great injury.

But good thing you are OK

That is gruesome... how terrible! But alive :) You're all blessed.

Ah-
However-if they were hurt badly ( or worse) you might never hear about it. How could they post the experience?

Good point, didn't think about that. Regardless, my point stands, I've seen a lot of explorers take some pretty bad wrecks. My own explorer has saved my life already once, only mine lived to tell about it.

dang that sux bout ur explorer but thank god your ok and your alive.

Hey man look at all the great parts that are still left on that thing!
Just kiddin. Good luck finding your next Explorer.

Ouch! Glad everyone is OK. That looks like it was a bad wreck.

I bet your truck will still start up and drive with a new battery in it and master cyl / breaklines.. seeing as how that looks like it got fubar'd

wow, glad you are ok!. The 2nd gen 4dr 4wd exs have a low statistical injury rate according to IIHS stats, around 1/3 that of a small import like a civic.
