Defroster Stays On!!!

Hi Everyone,
Wondering if I could get some help Troubleshooting this problem. Shut the Ex off and the Defroster fan stays running. Seems like there is a relay somewhere remaining energized. But with the Key off??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

blower motor relay is located in the power ditribution panel, under hood near power brake booster. Tap on the relays and see if blower stops.
There is also a blower motor resistor, it could have a shorted path
Look where the wires plug into blower motor, that "plug" has 2 screws holding it to the blower housing. Remove them and take a look.
