I installed a bosch 6000K HID kit in my 1996 explorer and it scatters the lighter all over the place, All I get is a horse shoe shaped patteren on the ground and no real beam pattern, If it wasn't for my fogs i could not see jack at night.

Are these good for HID's

i have the bi-xenon, which is where the bulb tilts up or down for the different beam patttern. what i did is flasked it on to the high beam, disconnected the wires that go from the hi beam controller box to the bulb, and switch the two hi/low beam wires on the 9007 socket the gave me to connect it. now i have the high beam pattern not matter is i flash my brights or not. i just have to lower headlight down a little.
hope this helps

ALL halogen housings, diamond or stock, suck for HIDs. I have those headlights in the picture with 6000k HIDs and the light output could be a lot better and more arranged. Whatever, brighter than stock so that's all I care about.

i have HIDS in mine and i adjusted it somewhat and it seems fine to me. not as good as projectors but i get almost the same beam pattern i got with the regular halogens.... minus a lil less light output on driver side

i've got the euroclears with mine. i have a 6000k kit. single beam. works fine. just adjust it and it'll be a lot better. light does scatter all over but adjusting helps it out a lot. i've got an accord with depo jdm headligths with a 6000k kit. works fine.
