Where is the egr pressure sensor on a 91 explorer xlt 4x4... i cant seem to locate it.. thanks in advance..

A 91 didn't have EGR.
 












I have not seen a confirmed case of a '91 4.0 with an EGR system. What makes you think you have EGR?

Do a search on EGR. It didn't come into play till late 93.
