driver back door... 1996 Ford Explorer

Hi.. I have a 1996 Ford Explorer. Have had it for years now. All the sudden the numbered push keys to unlock my doors would not pop my locks up and my key refuses to open the door also. This created the problem of doors refusing to open. I believe the spring in my front driver's door broke.. (found broken spring) and my back drivers door refuses to unlock at all. Some one suggested that the solenoid for the power lock may have froze.. so I unhooked the battery to see if it would release.. no luck. I can not manually pull the door lock up. I can not use the inside nor outside door handle to unlock nor open the back door. Any ideas? any ideas where I would take it to get it fixed?

This isn't only one problem
Fix one door at a time with a helper spring
Look in the door boot for broken wires ...that also break inside the wire insulation

To get my door open
I reached around the piller pulled and jiggling and pulling both inside and outside handles at the same time
