Ok for everyone out there who cant sleep at night, you can drop the pan and change oil filter on your 5 speed auto tranny without removing parts of the exaust pipes (catalyst)...but you have to remove the filter before you can remove the pan and mount the filter after you have placed the pan in position, it not funny but its doable 
And Damn i envy you guys in the states when it comes to spare parts, i drove around the entire city yesterday looking for Mercon V and only one dealer got it and they only had it for six monts or so, well i didnt try Ford.. and it cost me 6$/quart
