Is it getting much louder as it breaks in? I just dont want any resonating on the highway.

its amazing....above 3k rpms you cant even hear it. highway noise was my concern also. thats why i went with this muffler. as the RPMs go up..it gets quiter. with the windows up and the radio off..you cant even hear it inside. with the window open you hear a nice growl from outside. i LOVE it!

same muffler I have, bout the same price too (I believe mine was $150ish out the door), sounds sweet as pie. I was going to go flowmaster, but have had to much bad luck with them. I've been running this muffler for over a year now and it just keeps getting better.

what size tubing are you guys using? Its about time for me to upgrade my exhaust system, I have a guy out here, that does pretty good custom stuff. He did a Dual cat back for my 93 4Runner awhile back and was awesome. What size tubing should I get put on my '96 EB V6? I'm in the same boat as you guys, I want a nice tone, but I'm not trying to wake up my neighbors either!!!

"Mickys exhuast and brake" off Old Sewerd past Dowling. very nice guys in there and charage very decent prices. word of advise...avoid "muffler city" down town..very high prices for margenal work.

I've had my Dynomax 2.25" for almost a year. After a few weeks, the sound got a little throatier/deeper/nicer. It is still pleasant with no drone at freeway cruising and that growl at WOT is very pleasing.

It will be July before I can get the cat back system from Summit.
