EATC/Air Blend Door

Hi all. 1998 Eddie Bauer Explorer with EATC. Got the AC recharged and the blower wasn't working. New blow motor, new blower relay and many hours tryin to get the air blend door to operate properly, with no luck. Have a '97 parts car I swapped the control box with but that doesn't work either. Had some intermittent issues where the unit didn't power up after key on. Checked the fuses and the swapped box seems to work all the time now. Did the self test with the air door module out of the box and the air door module turns the actuator but the climate control module won't operate the actuator when raising the temp manually. Spoke to Module Masters (Chad is great!!) several times tryin to figure it out. His last talk said if it still doesn't work manually, send him the box & he'll see if it's fixable.

Am I missing something?

Time to have the head unit checked out.

There are wiring diagrams linked in my sig, you need to use a multimeter to trace where power stops.
