Emergency brake spring hitting the disk!

Hello

I changed my emergency brake pads and I hear a noise like the spring hitting the disk, I tool it apart 3 times and tried all sorts of things, 1 time it made no nose but after driving for a minute or 2 the noise came back. The problem is only for the driver's side. I don't know what else to try, I need the car for going to work, please let me know anything that can help me fix it.

Is it possoble that the backing plate-dust shield is bent a bit and touching the rotor?

no I checked that its not the plate dust.

Bump because I did this this weekend.. but I was just swapping out the rear discs and brake pads
