Engine Seized,Can't Remove Torque Converter

Does anyone know what the torque converter nut torque specs are?
 






This morning I went out to swap all my parts. I'm just down to the TC and FW.

I was able to remove 2 of the torque converter nuts but the other two I can't get to.

There's just not enough room to get a 1/4" drive in there.

any suggestions?
 






The reason you can't rotate the engine to remove last bolts on flywheel is there is something hitting the crankshaft when I removed my oil pan there is oil splash shield and found piston valve and wrist pin blocking rotation good luck with the rest .
